Royal Lexis is a 66-storey, 326-metre tower on Jalan Sultan Ismail, built on 0.71 acres between KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers. Of the 371 suites offered for sale, all sit on Levels 11 to 45 in four layouts from 573 to 1,225 sq ft, with the hotel floors above them on Levels 46 to 54 and facility floors at Levels 9 to 10 and 55 to 66. What sets the building apart is that every single suite, down to the smallest, has its own private pool running along the window wall — 4.1 metres long in a Type A and 6 metres in a Type C. Roughly half the suites face east over KLCC and the other half west to KL Tower and Merdeka 118, and all Type C suites are laid out as dual key, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two entrance doors off a shared living space. The whole building is operated by Lexis Hotel Group and the suites are handed over fully furnished.
