The strata office component of the 19.4-acre Bukit Bintang City Centre masterplan, on the former Pudu Prison site

The Stride is the strata office tower of Bukit Bintang City Centre, the 19.4-acre masterplan built on the former Pudu Prison site off Jalan Hang Tuah. It stands 46 levels high, and the developer describes its asymmetrical, trapezoid profile as the tower's signature. A typical floor holds nine suites in five layout types, from 1,087 sq ft to 1,187 sq ft, arranged around a central core that carries the lift lobby, the washrooms, the service lift, the riser and the M and E room, so each suite is handed over as open floor space. Levels 6 and 6-M are given over to business facilities - a business facilities reception, a business lounge, a conference room, meeting rooms and video conferencing - run by a professional business facilities manager and held separately from the common facilities. The tower is built and occupied, and sits inside the masterplan alongside Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport BBCC, the Hang Tuah transit hub and the entertainment hub.
